After Snoop Dogg requested a collaboration, Tems boasted, “It takes a GOAT to recognize a GOAT.”

0

Sensational songstress, Temilade Openiyi better known as Tems brags about her musical abilities after American rap artist, Snoop Dogg reached out to her for a collaboration.

You may recall that the veteran rapper who requested the music collaboration told the Nigerian singer that his family is smitten by her music.

He requested that they both hit the studio and make a smash of music together.

Moments later, Tems took to her Twitter page to boast that you only know you’re a GOAT – a word which describes a person who has performed remarkably – when you attract other GOATs.

In her words:

“How you know you tha 🐐 is when you attract the all the 🐐’s.

It don’t take too long for a GOAT to recognise another GOAT. But the sheep, they always blind af.”

BREAKING: Tinubu’s Director for the Presidential Campaign, Naja’atu Muhammed resigns

0

Bola Tinubu’s director for the presidential campaign, Naja’atu Muhammad, has resigned from her position as director of civil society for the All Progressives Congress presidential campaign council (APC). She announced her resignation one month before the presidential election and gave reasons for it in light of recent changes in the political and democratic spheres.

She informed the APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu, of her resignation in the letter, stating that her principles and beliefs no longer fit with party politics and that party platforms lack any ideological distinctions and are instead utilised to further individual interests and demands.

She also expressed concern about the state of the nation, specifically mentioning issues such as insecurity, poverty, inequality, and lack of access to basic services, and advised Nigerians to be aware of the consequences of their decisions and choices in the 2023 elections.

Suspending G5 – “You are doing what will give you more headaches” Wike tells Ayu

0

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state has expressed his disapproval of the recent suspension of party members loyal to the G-5 governors by the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Iyorchia Ayu.

Wike stated that the suspension will not benefit the party in the upcoming elections and that they will challenge all illegal decisions made by Ayu in court. He referred to Ayu’s actions as “total rubbish” and stated that they will not be intimidated or threatened by the suspension.

Wike emphasized that they believe in the rule of law and that the party must respect its constitution. He also mentioned that they are closely monitoring the situation and waiting for more announcements from Ayu.

The Ekiti State executive committee of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) was suspended by the Iyorchia Ayu-led National Working Committee (NWC).

PERU PROTEST: Historic Mansion on fire in the Center of Lima

0

An historic building was set on fire on Friday in Peru as a result of the violent and deadly protest currently ongoing. Firefighters struggled to extinguish the wildfire, and it’s believed that the structure on Plaza San Martin was deserted when it broke out. After former leader Pedro Castillo was overthrown, weeks of protests in Peru resulted in the deaths of dozens of people. Demonstrators are calling for Ms. Boluarte to leave office, call new elections, and free Mr. Castillo, her left-wing predecessor, from prison.

REASONS FOR THE PROTEST IN PERU

The arrest of the former president, Pedro Castillo, in December when he attempted to suspend Congress after losing an impeachment vote, is what started the unrest. The followers of Mr. Castillo have been requesting new elections and the removal of Dina Boluarte, the current president.

The president, however, rejected the idea of convening a constitutional assembly as demanded by protesters, claiming that it could not take place immediately.

She has charged extremist groups with bringing the nation to a standstill and producing unrest, anarchy, and damage.

The interior minister is among the numerous government officials who have resigned under Ms. Boluarte. After a quiet start to the new year, fighting continued throughout the nation.

A preliminary investigation into Ms. Boluarte’s alleged involvement in acts of genocide related to the deaths of protesters during the turmoil was started by Peru’s public prosecutor around last week.

In the meantime, Puno Governor Richard Hancco questioned: “How many more fatalities would Dina Boluarte’s stay in the presidency cost?” His southern department has become the focal point of clashes between demonstrators and security forces.

For attempting to dissolve Congress, Mr. Castillo, a former elementary school teacher who was removed from office in December, has been put in custody for 18 months. Additionally, he is being looked into for fraud committed while he was president.

Ms. Boluarte, who served as Mr. Castillo’s vice-president, urged all parties to forego violence in favour of negotiation.

FG Denies Increase in the Price of Fuel

0

Report was earlier made yesterday that the price of fuel has been raised (not by Zeewade.com). However, the Federal Government has denied any increase in the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit, also known as petrol, at the pump.

In a statement released by the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources Minister of State for Petroleum Resources through his media aide, Horatius Egua, in Abuja on Friday, it stated that the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (ret.), has not authorized any price increases for petrol.

In his statement, he said “President Muhammadu Buhari has not approved any increase in the price of PMS or any other petroleum product for that matter.

“There is no reason for President Muhammadu Buhari to renege on his earlier promise not to approve any increase in the price of PMS at this time.

“Mr. President is sensitive to the plights of the ordinary Nigerian and has said repeatedly that he understands the challenges of the ordinary Nigerian and would not want to cause untold hardship for the electorate.”

He further stated that, “The government will not approve any increase (in the price) of PMS secretly without due consultation with the relevant stakeholders. The President has not directed the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority or any agency for that matter to increase the price of fuel.

“This is not the time for any increase in the pump price of PMS.”

“I appeal to Nigerians to remain calm and law-abiding as the government is working hard to bring normalcy to fuel supply and distribution in the country,” Sylva said.

The minister’s view, however, has raised many eyebrows because oil marketers had previously acknowledged the N10 price rise for gasoline and claimed that this was one of the factors behind major marketers’ present distribution of the good at higher prices.

MOMAN has expressed its sympathy for Nigerians in a statement on Friday night on the difficulties they were having purchasing gasoline at filling stations all throughout the nation.

It said, “These queues are caused by exceptional high demand and bottlenecks in the distribution chain. The major cause is the shortage and high (US dollar) costs of daughter vessels for ferrying product from mother vessels to depots along the coast.

“Next is inadequate number of trucks to meet the demand to deliver products from depots to filling stations nationwide. These high logistics and exchange rate costs continue to put pressure on prices at the pumps.

“Over the past three months, staff (members) and management of MOMAN companies have worked diligently at depots and filling stations to relieve the stress faced by customers through the Christmas and New Year period.

“Our members have again agreed to extend depot loading hours as well as keep strategically situated service stations open for long hours to ease access to fuel for our customers.”

“A final resolution to these challenges will be the full deregulation of the petroleum downstream sector to encourage the liberalisation of supply and long-term investment distribution assets. We urge the government to work towards this end goal,” the body stated.

While the extreme scarcity of the product persisted across the nation, traders said on Friday that the Federal Government may have started the progressive elimination of petrol subsidies.

According to reports, the government had to hike the price of petrol at the pump from N165 per litre to N175 per litre a few months ago, and then again on Thursday to N185 per litre as part of efforts to gradually phase away fuel subsidies.

Despite the fact that these were the government-approved rates, marketers hardly ever distributed the commodity at these prices because it was difficult for customers to obtain the product.

It is unclear when the long queues will reduce in the filling station around the country s there seems to not be an end in sight to fuel scarcity.

Usain Bolt loses $12 million due to hackers.

0

Gordon said on Wednesday that the news was distressing for everyone and especially for Mr. Bolt, who set up the account as a part of his private pension.

It is a serious disappointment, and we are hoping that the situation will be settled so that Mr. Bolt can get his money back and live in peace.

In response to the development, Stocks and Securities Ltd stated in a statement on January 12 that it had informed law enforcement of the fraudulent activity by a former employee.

Can you recognize these five celebrities who are big babes in all ramification, locally and internationally.

0

•How They Shut Down In LAGOS

These celebrity ladies are big babes in all ramifications. They all live abroad, most especially U.K. and US. As they are popular within the social scene abroad so also are they popular here in Lagos.

They simply make statements wherever they are. They don’t make noise but anytime they beat the drum, many big babes are ready to dance. These particular 5 ladies have friends in common. That is why whenever they put up a party, the same circle of celebrity women show up.

Though we have many women who live abroad and have come to have their parties in Naija these 5 ladies, not only come to Lagos to stage parties, but anytime they come around, legions of women from different countries and states follow them. People love them in terms of connection, the circle of friends they pull, their outfits, and all.

One synonymous thing about these 5 is that they are all fashionistas and they have 90 percent love for k1 ‘s music. In fact many women in Nigeria invited them to their parties even though they are based abroad and they all honored the invitation.

One of them who commands respect within the Lagos social scene is Sai Achabi, popularly called Aralamo Ashabi, the CEO of JAMOND Jewelries. She is a Jewelry merchant. Though she stays abroad, she has many friends in Naija especially in Lagos.

She is known as a crowd puller, she carries the crowd wherever she is. Many society women and big babes love her because of her nature. Very friendly and highly receptive to people. She was one of the big babes who came to Nigeria to celebrate her birthday and practically shut down the social scene.

Many of those who attended the 50th birthday party of London Gold Merchant, Hajia Aralamo Ashabi are still talking about the birthday bash, which was grand in all ramifications.

It saw about 500 London-based Naija celebrity ladies flying into Lagos to celebrate with this beautiful lady who is the CEO of Jamond Jewellery, based in London.

She lives in London, where she is the No 1 Gold Merchant. Close to 2,000 guests attended that event with 70% coming from London. Of course, it was her birthday several months back, but she chose Friday 30th July to celebrate it in a big way.

It has been described as the mother of all parties, as Hajia Saidat Yetunde Aralamo Ashabi Balogun shut down Lagos.

Tagged SAI @ 50, it was a party that took 7 months to plan. From early January 2021, Aralamo and her clique of friends (made up of successful celebrity ladies based in the U.K) sent out #SAI@50 Save the date promos to friends across the world. It read Save The Date 30th July 2021. The Aso-Ebi was in different shades & grades ranging from N250,000 to N350,000. And many of the women gladly paid. No one wanted to be left out of the action.

Friday 2nd, July 2021 was actually her birthday but she chose to hold her party on Friday 30th July because this particular birthday is a landmark birthday.

She left no stone unturned as she unplugged all the stops. First of all, she chose Whitestone Place, the newly opened event center. She also chose K1, as the artiste of the day. She likes K1’s music and she is in fact a great fan of the Fuji King.

One of the reasons it was difficult to control the demand for invitation cards was because of the kind of job she does. She is a Gold Merchant who has clients all over the world, especially in Nigeria, where she hails from. This made her to decide to choose Lagos as the location for the party.

Many like her so much and she is fondly called SAI which is a short form of SAIDAT, her name. Many of the women made Style statements. The celebrant herself looked regal and radiant.

She changed thrice. She looked stunning in her different H.O.H laces. She looked sizzling in her designer outfits. Many Lagos-based celebrity ladies like Emmanuella, K1’s wife came, and over 2000 celeb ladies.

Insiders reveal that Aralamo attracted such a huge attendance because of her amiable and magnetic personality. Everybody describes her as a nice lady with a heart of gold.

Many of the guests told City People that they attended because she also attends their events. They revealed that she would go to any extent to honour her friends. They added that despite her success story, she is very respectful.

This list will also not be complete without mentioning Nike Shittu. She is also popular within the social scene. She is a crowd-puller as well.

Anytime she is staging a party, she goes all out and most of her friends from all over troop to the country to celebrate with her. We can remember when she turned 50 a few years back, she shut down Chicago.

Many celebrity ladies flew into the city to celebrate with her. What about when she came home recently to bury her late Dad, the popular Aiyepe lace merchant in Ijebu, Baba Shittu. It was a party that shut down Ijebu on that day.

All roads that led to Aiyepe-Ijebu in Ogun State when the Shittu family held a Grand Final Party in honour of their dad, and patriarch, Alhaji (Prince) Shafi Mobolaji Shittu, the great Aiyepe-Ijebu industrialist who produced the famous Aiyepe Lace in those good old days were busy.

Fondly called Nikki Shittu, the beautiful daughter of Alhaji Shafi Shittu hosted a classy party that attracted the attendance of many dignitaries.

A lot of celebrity women stormed the grand party which had K1 on the bandstand. It was indeed a big party as many Ijebu-Aiyepe indigenes came out to honor Alhaji (Prince) Shafi Mobolaji Shittu, for a life well spent and for having helped many people across Ogun State.

It was not only a beautiful party, Nike Shittu stole the show at her Dad’s Burial Party. She stood out distinctly looking stunning in her outfits with her friends. She made fashion statements, as she appeared in two different outfits. She also dragged many of their celebrity friends from London, the US, and Nigeria to the party. Over 100 Celebrity Big Babes made fashion statements at the classy party.

The Ankara Fabrics looked simple, but many of the celebrity ladies turned them into beautiful outfits. Some of their friends who made fashion statements were, Alhaja Shile Sobowale, Alhaja Morayo Balogun (MS), Ayo Lamina-Abu, Mrs. Shittu Olayemi, Bola Omobola (Espanol), Fola Ola, Yeye Asiwaju Rabiu Oluwa, Yeye Tola Oluwa, Olasumbo Ilori (Symbolic Exclusive Fabric), Olori Fayinyola Danmole-Abdul, Mrs. Adejoke Biobaku, Sholape Kaffo, Efunwunmi Alfeed, Alli Balogun Lojede, Tutu Boston, Alhaja Kafilat Ogbara and many other celebrity ladies.

She is well loved by many people and this was conspicuously seen at the party as the hall was filled to the brim. The party was lit and bigger boys and babes added colour to the fun.

Nike’s party was one that was on the lips of many people for that weekend because everyone prepared well for the 2 days.At the party were numerous big boys and babes who not only came to celebrate with Nike but also to support her.

Many of her friends who flew in from different countries have been her friends for over 30 years. Some attended the same school.

One of the big parties that rounded up the year 2022 was Abidemi Oreagbas 50th birthday party. Abidemi Oreagba is a top Jewelry Merchant in London. She recently celebrated her birthday and everyone celebrated with her. She is specifically into gold. She sells nothing but 18-carat gold.

She is a nice woman. She is easygoing and is always there for her friends and customers. This was put to bear at the party as many of her friends, from all over the country and beyond flew in to celebrate with her.

She shut down the social scene for that day. She looked beautiful in all her three expensive outfits, The Aso-Ebi sold for the party was worn by 99% of the guests, especially the women. They looked so great with their neck doing all the talking.

Abidemi Oreagba is not a small fry in London. She is the CEO of Cynosure Metals in London. And we must add that she is doing so well. Cynosure metals is very popular on the Nigerian social scene as well.

This is because Mrs Abidemi, a London-based nurse has also registered her brand in the minds of many rich Nigerians. She is fashionable and also has a good customer relationship. She is happily married to Otunba Wale Oreagba, a businessman who shuttles abroad and Nigeria.

Nigbayilolamisesebere is one of bigbabes in the US. She stays in Chicago precisely. She also has huge followership. She has friends across board. The tall and slim pretty lady staged a big party months back. Many bigbabes from all walks of lives, flew in to give her mum a befitting burial.

It was a show of class as she dazzled in expensive outfits for the burial. She is also doing very well in the U.S. And also popular as well. She was in Nigeria with a retinue of friends from all over to bury her mum. The burial was so huge. The burial party held at The Grandeur Event centre and it was on a lock down.

Despite being the only child of her mum, her party was lit. It was a party that shook Lagos.

What of Dr Teeglam? Fondly called Drtee by her teeming fans, Dr Toyin Iseyemi, a medical expert who sits atop Spark Psychiatry clinic in Texas with branches in Minnesota and Arizona, US is another celebrity big babe who lives abroad.

But she comes to Nigeria regularly, In fact, she was one of the big babes who stormed Lagos a week ago for the 50th birthday party of her friend, Abidemi Oreagba. She is one lady who has friends across the board.

She has been seen in Lagos many times in the year 2022 attending one party or the other. She also staged a grand burial for her Dad in Nigeria where many celebrity ladies flew in from different countries.

She is known to be rich and this can also be seen in her way of dressing, her outfits, shoes, bags, and pieces of jewelry which are always very exquisite and expensive.

Though she is in the medical field many ladies respect her choice of Owanbe setting.

Despite that she pulls the crowd within the social scene, she also commands a lot of respect as a Doctor. The certified psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner is a graduate of Houston Baptist University.

She had a master’s of nursing degree and Doctor of Nursing from the University of South Alabama, US. She trended Online at Abidemi Oreagba’s party when she sprayed her dollars endlessly.

APC Presidential Campaign Responds to Pastor Bakare’s Criticism of Tinubu: “Be Quiet On Politics, Allow God To Speak To You.”

0

The cleric had warned Nigerians to avoid those endorsing “emilokan,” a term connected to Tinubu that in Yoruba means “my turn.”

According to the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council (APC-PCC), Pastor Tunde Bakare, a party chieftain, is a “inconsistent, unstable person.”

At the party’s Special Presidential Convention last year, Bakare, the Presiding Overseer of the Citadel Global Community Church (formerly Latter Rain Assembly), engaged in combat with Bola Tinubu.

The cleric urged Nigerians to avoid those endorsing “emilokan,” a term connected to Tinubu and meaning “my turn” in Yoruba, in his state-of-the-nation address on Sunday.

A good politician who wants to win the public’s support wouldn’t avoid public debates, he continued, and he has given his team members the responsibility of responding to questions that are specifically targeted at him.

Responding in a statement on Thursday, Biodun Ajiboye, the Assistant Director of Publicity of the APC-PCC said the cleric did not have political value.

The statement read, “There is no doubt about the fact that Pastor Tunde Bakare has been a successful clergyman but his foray into politics is a little bit confusing even to himself, for him to begin to assume that he’s a politician is a complete mistake. That President Buhari chose him as a running mate sometimes back is not enough to arrogate himself a position of Aristotle and begin to pontificate and predict political permutations.

“He’s as ordinary as the man on the street without any political clout. A man who got zero votes at his party primaries simply means he has zero personality, zero popularity, and zero leadership. He should simply go and rest and allow politicians to be on the field.

“This is the same man who deceitfully told the world as if God spoke to him that he was going to be the next President after Buhari, then went into the primaries of the party he belonged to and nobody could vote for him. Since the primaries, he’s been relatively forgotten in the political space and so he’s come out now to start analyzing politics as if he’s a societal barometer for good character.

“What scares Nigerians the most is his inter-lopping attitude thinking that if he speaks the world will tremble, the world no longer revolves around him and he must understand that. He then goes on to brag about certificates at a time when we’re talking about political popularity and relevance.

“I think he should be quiet and allow God to speak to him, if God has stopped speaking to him, then he needs to stop speaking to Nigerians and misleading people. We (APC) are concerned about how to marshal democracy and the next elections peacefully, let Pastor Bakare not throw any clog in the wheel of anybody’s progress.

“His onslaught stands condemnable and I condemn it in the strongest terms, he needs to stop meddling with the political process and understand that he can’t fool God with big grammar. Why should our society allow a clergyman of multi-dimensional polarization to guide our behavior as a society? At some point he spoke so well about Asiwaju, at another point he will speak against Asiwaju.

“At some point, he spoke so well about President Buhari, when he’s seeing that Buhari is not doing his bidding, he speaks against Buhari. The man is such an inconsistently unstable person, let him just face his business as a clergyman that he’s called to do rather than meddle in politics.”
