According to Football Transfers, Arsenal are preparing a bid for Joao Cancelo as the Gunners are vying for his signature. Arsenal had previously shown interest in Cancelo but the Man City defender had rebuffed any chances of joining the North London outfit.
But the report suggests that new talks have taken place between the two parties and the Gunners are looking to put forward an offer in the region of £35m.
Cancelo could add massive experience to Mikel Arteta’s side and could help them cross the finish line instead of stumbling at the last stages.
