City skipper Gundogan – so often the hero as they beat Arsenal to the Premier League title – made the difference, volleying in twice from outside the area, once with each foot! United put City under severe pressure late on, but they couldn’t find a second equaliser to force extra time!
Gundogan becomes the FA Cup final fastest scorer by scoring in the 13 seconds of the game. Despite Bruno Fernandes first half equaliser through the penalty spot, Gundogan came highest again as he scored the goal that eventually won the cup for Manchester City.
