Nigerian chef Hilda Baci has surpassed her initial 96-hour target in a cook-a-thon competition held at Amore Gardens, Lekki, and is now aiming for a 100-hour record time.
Supporters at the event are sharing videos of themselves cheering on the young chef and celebrating her success.
Despite her initial schedule to stop at 4 pm Nigerian time, Hilda has received continued support from social media users and notable dignitaries, including President Muhammadu Buhari, President-elect Bola Tinubu, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwoolu, and Senate President hopeful Godswill Akpabio. The competition is set to end at 8 pm West African time.
