A bid in the region of £60m should be enough for Chelsea to land top target, Paris Saint-Germain wing-back Achraf Hakimi, according to Football Insider, who say the Ligue 1 giants are open to offers for their prized asset as they plan a major rebuild of their squad, with the French heavyweights keen to sign more youngsters instead of acquiring established superstars.
PSG have slapped a very reasonable £50-60m price tag on Hakimi, for which they paid £60m including bonuses to sign him from Inter Milan.
Chelsea and Manchester United are both showing interest in the 24-year-old, having been alerted to a sudden availability.
