The Federal Government has assured that the 2023 Population and Housing Census slated for next month would meet international standards.
Alhaji Lai Mohammed, Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, stated this at a one-day capacity-building workshop for members of the National Census Publicity Committee in preparation for the 2023 Population and Housing Census in Abuja.
Mohammed, who was represented by the Director-General of the National Orientation Agency, Dr. Garba Abari, said the Federal Government was optimistic that the National Population Commission would deliver a census exercise that would meet international standards.
