Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress, APC, has urged his followers to unwind before the election on February 25.
At a gathering on Monday attended by First Class South West traditional rulers, the former governor of Lagos State spoke.
Kashim Shettima, a senator and former governor of Borno State, was Tinubu’s running mate.
The APC co-founder remarked, “Put your mind at ease. We have taken care of everything we needed to.”
Additionally present were Lagos State Babajide Sanwo-Olu, his deputy Femi Hamazat, and House of Representatives Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila.
Others who went were retired Methodist Archbishop of Ilesa and Ibadan, Pa. Ayo Ladigbolu, former Osun Governor Gboyega Oyetola, and Ekiti Governor Biodun Oyebanji.
On Saturday, Tinubu will face off against Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP), Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
