On Wednesday, April 10th, President Tinubu joined Muslims all over the world to observe Eid-El-Fitr, marking the culmination of Ramadan.
President Bola Tinubu participated in the Eid-El-Fitr prayers at Dodan Barracks Mosque in Lagos, joining fellow worshippers, including Lagos State Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat.
During the prayers, the Chief Imam of Lagos, Sheikh Suleiman Abdussallah, delivered a message emphasizing the festival’s role in fostering a culture of sacrifice, unity, and tolerance among Muslims.
After the prayers, President Tinubu addressed the media, urging Nigerians to uphold resilience, patriotism, and hope. He stressed the importance of these values for the nation’s progress and encouraged citizens to exhibit kindness, generosity, and love for their country.
Tinubu emphasized the need to preserve the integrity of the government and leadership, highlighting the indispensable role of hope in salvation, development, and life itself.
