Bandits operating in Nigeria’s capital city, Abuja, have reportedly abducted Aondo Ver, a director at the Federal Housing Authority in the Federal Capital Territory.Â
The abduction took place around 12:30 am on Thursday in Pambara New Extension, Bwari Area Council, according to the Daily Post.
Pambara New Extension is located approximately 200 meters from the military camp and checkpoint in Bwari Central Area. The assailants, who have been on a spree of violence in the area, allegedly gained access to the victim’s residence by cutting through the fence’s barbed wires.
Despite attempts to obtain comments, the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, had not responded as of the time of reporting.
