The Abuja-based Court of Appeal has upheld Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya’s success in the Gombe State gubernatorial election held on March 18.
Yahaya, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), had been officially declared the winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
