On Thursday, the Senate and the House of Representatives jointly approved the 2023 Supplementary Appropriation Bill, amounting to N2.17 trillion, after its third reading.
Prior to the bill’s approval, the Senate embraced the report arising from the unified discussions of both the Senate and the House of Representatives on the 2023 Supplementary Appropriation Bill. This report had been submitted by Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, who serves as the Chairman of the Appropriations Committee and represents the APC Ogun West constituency.
