From Uyo, Akwa Ibom state, Nigerian teacher John Obot has shattered the existing world record for the longest individual marathon reading aloud.
Hailing from Akwa Ibom state, Mr. Obot has surpassed the Guinness world record previously held by Isakov of Turkey. He is now in the process of establishing a new record by continuously reading aloud for an astounding 145 hours.
