AC Milan has finally secured a deal with AS Monaco for midfielder Youssouf Fofana, who is set to undergo a medical soon, according to transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano.
After months of difficult negotiations, both clubs have reached an agreement in the past 24 hours. Fofana, a France international, will sign a four-year contract with an option for an additional season, matching the terms of Milan’s recent signings.
Romano notes that Fofana, who had been determined to join Milan since July, will be the club’s top midfield reinforcement, aimed at bolstering a defense that struggled last season.
