President Bola Tinubu arrived in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, for a three-day official visit at the invitation of President Teodoro Mbasogo. The Gulfstream jet carrying Tinubu and his key aides landed at Saint Isabel Airport at 2:07 pm local time, where Prime Minister Manuela Roka Botey welcomed him.
During the visit, Tinubu will meet with President Mbasogo at the Presidential Villa to discuss bilateral agreements on oil, gas, and security. This marks Tinubu’s first official visit to Equatorial Guinea and his seventh African country visit, as well as his 22nd foreign trip since taking office 15 months ago.
