Manchester United confirmed earlier on Tuesday that Aaron Wan-Bissaka has left the club to join Premier League rivals West Ham United.

Wan-Bissaka announced his departure on Instagram, where he expressed his gratitude to the club and its fans. In his post, he wrote, “To everyone at Manchester United, thank you. You’ve helped me achieve so many of my dreams, and I leave with memories that will last a lifetime. I’m incredibly thankful for the love, support, and guidance I’ve received from players and staff over the past five years, and I wish you all the best.”

Teammates Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford, and Jadon Sancho paid tribute to Wan-Bissaka, the right-back who initially joined Manchester United from Crystal Palace in the summer of 2019.
