For their exemplary conduct during the 2024 Hajj in Saudi Arabia, the Delta State contingent has been honored with an award.
Saudi Arabian authorities praised the Delta contingent for their outstanding behavior, recognizing them as one of the best and most peaceful groups from Nigeria in the 2024 Hajj.
The award, presented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, was received by Alhaji Auwalu Tukur, chairman of the Delta State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board and leader of the 2024 Hajj delegation.
