Hadi Al Mustapha, the younger brother of Major Hamza Al Mustapha, former Chief Security Officer to the late Gen. Sani Abacha, has called on Nigerians to support President Bola Tinubu, praising his decision-making.
Al Mustapha emphasized that Tinubu’s reforms will enhance Nigeria’s socio-economic conditions and restore international confidence in the country’s economy.
In a statement commemorating Nigeria’s Democracy Day, Al Mustapha urged Nigerians to back Tinubu’s efforts to restore local government autonomy and address the nation’s diverse challenges.
He said, “President Tinubu is making the right decisions, and everyone must support his administration. The elections are over, and it’s time to focus on rebuilding Nigeria, which requires everyone’s contribution.
“The administration’s push for local government autonomy is commendable. It’s a difficult and courageous decision. If successful, it will usher in a new era for democracy in Nigeria, particularly benefiting rural communities who will feel the positive impact of these changes.
“Moreover, the president is tackling economic challenges with bold and steady measures. I am confident we will soon see the results. People need to be patient with this administration as it works to steer Nigeria out of its difficulties.
“No matter your political party, everyone should support the government. This is not the time for typical political maneuvering; it’s time to rebuild Nigeria.”
