Toke conveyed her sentiments while expressing frustration about the severe economic challenges on her Instagram page recently. After returning from a trip abroad, she was dismayed to find fuel scarcity and an increase in electricity tariffs awaiting her in Lagos.
She shared: “Yoooo, landed in Lagos to all this madness, petrol scarcity, electricity tariff hike, diesel prices not smiling. What is all these? Independent woman don taya [tire] o.”
