Governor Radda’s directive, executed under the authority granted by Section 5 (2) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended), introduces updated rates for inter-state haulage fees. Notable adjustments include:

  2. Integrator fee increased to N4,000 from N1,000
  3. Enforcement fee increased to N1,500 from N1,000

Additionally, the SHF rates feature several modifications, including the implementation of a Consultant fee at N1,500 (previously N0.00), the introduction of a Pick-Up Van at a rate of N4,000 (previously N0.00), and adjustments in charges for various vehicle categories.

Governor Radda emphasized that these changes are pivotal in sustaining efficient interstate haulage operations within Katsina State. The measures reflect the state’s commitment to promoting seamless transportation while fostering a just and sustainable economic environment.
