Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal, has officially established a six-member revenue recovery tribunal, with Rabi Bashir as the head and Musa Labbo as the secretary.
During the inauguration, Governor Dauda emphasized that the members of the tribunal were carefully selected based on their qualifications and trustworthiness.
He urged them to carry out their constitutional duties diligently and impartially, expressing confidence that they would serve the state with dedication.
The primary goal of the tribunal is to ensure the recovery of all revenues owed to the state, fostering sustainable and substantial development for the benefit of all citizens.
Governor Lawal assured the tribunal members of the full support and cooperation of the state government in accomplishing their mission.
In her acceptance speech, Rabi Bashir, the tribunal chairperson and a lawyer, pledged to work diligently to ensure the successful discharge of their responsibilities. She also called for the cooperation of all citizens in the interest of the state.
The Chief Justice of Zamfara State, Justice Kulu Aliyu, administered the oath of office to the members of the tribunal.
