Chief Lamidi Apapa, the Deputy National Chairman of the Labour Party (LP), has urged the voters in the off-season governorship elections in Bayelsa, Imo, and Kogi to support candidates endorsed by his faction of the party.
According to Lamidi, any candidate presented by or associated with Abure, who is currently restricted by a court order, is considered null and void. He expressed this view during an interview with Sunday Independent in Abuja over the weekend. Lamidi emphasized that he is the rightful leader of the party, backed by the law and all other relevant factors.
