A new date has been scheduled by a Federal High Court in Kano State to begin proceedings regarding the enforcement of the Fundamental Human Rights of former Governor Umar Abdullahi Ganduje. This pertains to the case involving the alleged stocking of Dollar Video Clips.
The Court has set the 21st of July, 2023, as the date to initiate the hearing on a lawsuit filed by Ganduje against the Kano State Public Complaint and Anti-corruption Commission, along with seven other individuals, regarding his purported involvement in the aforementioned dollar video clips.
