According to a report from Football Insider, Chelsea are eager to get the deal for Brighton’s Moises Caicedo over the line and are set to make an offer in excess of £80 million.
The Blues have finalised a lot of deals to offload players and clear the squad as well as the wage bill, and with Arsenal pulling out of the race for Caicedo, Chelsea believe they are close to sealing the transfer for the Ecuadorian.
Chelsea will also want to win the race to sign former Manchester player, Romeo Lavia has they plan for a fresh start under Pochetino having seen loads of players gone and more to happen.
