The Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) has attributed the continuous power outages experienced in the historic city to a problem with the Shiroro-Kaduna 330KV Transmission Line.
In response to the public’s complaints about the complete loss of electricity, the company’s management released a statement on Sunday, expressing their apologies to their valued customers in the franchised States of Kano, Katsina, and Jigawa, as well as certain areas of Niger Republic, for the limited availability of electricity.
