In their legal challenge against President Bola Tinubu’s victory in the February 25 polls, the Labour Party (LP) and its presidential candidate for 2023, Peter Obi, have submitted additional evidence in court to strengthen their case.
During the resumed hearing at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) on Thursday, Peter Obi and the Labour Party (LP) presented a set of documents to the tribunal panel. These included 18,088 polling unit result sheets with blurred details, along with other supporting evidence. The submission of these documents was made by their lawyer, Onyechi Ikpeazu (SAN).
