Crystal Palace have approached former Chelsea and Brighton boss Graham Potter over their vacant managerial position, Foot Mercato have revealed.
Veteran coach Roy Hodgson steered the Eagles to 11th spot in the Premier League – a place and point ahead of Potter’s former employers, Chelsea – after coming in during a relegation dogfight.
But 75-year-old Hogdson was only brought in on a short-term basis, and Foot Mercato suggests that Palace have Potter in their sights for the club’s long-term project – but could face competition from Nice.
