The House of Representatives has again postponed its resumption date from May 16th to 23rd.
According to a statement by the Clerk of the House, Yahaya Danzaria, the shift is to enable newly elected members to take part in the second batch of induction.
In the statement released by the clerk, he said, “This is to inform members and the public that the House of Representatives will not resume on May 16th. The next adjourned date will be May 23rd. This change is intended to allow members in the second batch to participate in the induction of the 10th National Assembly.”
