According to a report from The Sun, Manchester City want to bolster their defence ahead of the next season by attempting to sign Napoli centre-back Kim Min-jae this summer.
Man City boss Pep Guardiola is said to be a huge admirer of the 26-year-old South Korean, who has been influential in helping Napoli stay at the top of the Serie A table this season.
Although City are well stocked at the heart of the defence with Ruben Dias, John Stones, Manuel Akanji, Aymeric Laporte, and Nathan Ake, the future of Laporte is increasingly likely to be away from the Etihad Stadium next season, while Stones and Ake have found a new home in the defensive midfield and a left-back positions respectively.
