Chelsea defender Kalidou Koulibaly could be heading back to Italy Just after one season in the Premier League.
The former Napoli defender could be moving to Juventus, who are interested in signing him this summer, after a mixed campaign at Chelsea.
Koulibaly only joined Chelsea from Napoli last year for £33 million but has had a rollercoaster of a campaign at Stamford Bridge, going through patchy form throughout the season.
