It has been reported that Al-Nassr and their head coach Rudi Garcia have parted ways mutually. Rudi Garcia, who is 59 years old, has had experience coaching various teams in Serie A and Ligue 1.
Rudi Garcia started his managerial career in 2001, coaching French clubs such as Saint-Étienne, Le Mans, Dijon, Lille, and Marseille. He won the Ligue 1 title with Lille in the 2010-11 season and also led Marseille to the final of the UEFA Europa League in the 2017-18 season.
In October 2021, Garcia was appointed as the head coach of Al-Nassr, taking over from Mano Menezes.
Al-Nassr’s official statement reads:
“Al-Nassr announce that Head Coach Rudi Garcia has left the Club by mutual agreement.”
“The board and everyone at AlNassr would like to thank Rudi and his staff for their dedicated work during the past 8 months.”
