The Kwara State Government has ordered the shutdown of the Mandate Market in Ilorin following Saturday’s morning skirmishes in the major trading centre.
Commissioner for Business, Innovation and Technology Mallam Ibrahim Akaje disclosed this statement obtained  on Saturday.
The market will be re-opened on Monday from 8am according to the statement.
